Here Comes The Rain Again

It’s official…the rain has arrived. Although I feel horrible I couldn’t be at home when the big thunder was scaring our little girl, I made sure I took Abbie on her favorite daily activity right when I got home.

Unfortunately, “right when I got home” was actually that plus 15 minutes, which is the amount of time it took for us to put on the extra gear our little Abbie needed for trekking into the pouring rain.

Even though she hated wearing all this extra stuff, that didn’t stop our little girl from enjoying her walk…even though it took 5 times as long to get through it since her waterproof booties made it a little tougher to actually move around.
