On The Hunt

Abbie must have been watching too many “Man vs. Wild” episodes because once she locked her eyes on one of the neighborhood lizards, it was pretty much go-time for her.
Little does she know that these little guys run a lot faster than she does, and despite her best efforts our little Abbie was unsuccessful on her mini-hunt.
But the good news is, she did find something much better hiding in the bushes. What was that? The weekend of course.
Now only if I can get her to give up on that lizard so we can get to enjoying this great weather already.

The Daily Abbie 
Hope she doesn’t get bitten when she sticks her nose in the bushes…we have snakes around here so I don’t let the boys anywhere near the plants….which also explains why my garden looks so crappy right now.
Lucky for us, the only dangerous thing in the bushes are the occasional jack rabbit, who just hop away with their cottontails in the air.
Oh, and Abbie likes to chase those guys too…
